Terms
The terms, in plain English.

The free first post
If you ask for a free post, I write one post for your business. That's it: one post, no obligation to buy anything afterwards, and no follow-up sales calls. The free post is yours to use however you like, whether or not we ever work together.
Who owns what I write
Everything I write for you becomes yours once it's paid for. Until then it stays mine. The free post is the exception: it's yours from the day I send it.
Monthly service
Monthly packages run month to month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There's no long contract. Prices are the ones on the pricing page when you sign up.
No guarantees about rankings
I can't guarantee any particular ranking, amount of traffic, or number of calls, and neither can anyone else. Search engines decide that. What I promise is well-researched, well-written posts aimed at what your customers actually search.
Facts about your business
I write from what you tell me. You're responsible for the accuracy of business facts you provide or approve, like licenses, insurance, prices, warranties and service areas. If something in a draft is wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
Samples
The sample posts on this site are written for hypothetical businesses. The business names, phone numbers and details in them are made up and don't refer to any real company.
