What does it cost?
Four posts a month is $449/mo, and that's where I'd suggest most businesses start. Single posts are $200. The price tool gives you a number in about a minute, and your first post is free.
Do you use AI to write the posts?
I write them. I may use tools for research and checking, but every post is written and edited by me, with details specific to your business and area. You can tell the difference, and so can your customers.
What do I need to do?
Fill out a ten-minute questionnaire, approve a topic list, and glance at drafts if you want to. That's it. It should take you less than an hour a month.
How long before I see results?
Usually three to six months for a new or quiet blog. Search is slow to build and slow to fade. A post that ranks can bring in calls for years.
Can you post to my website?
Yes, on Standard and up. I work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and most others. You can add me as a user and remove me any time.
Who owns the posts?
You do, once they're paid for. The free post is yours either way.
Do you only work with businesses in Panama City?
No. I'm based here, but I write for home service businesses anywhere. I just do the local research for your area.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What I can promise is well-researched, well-written posts aimed at what your customers actually search.
What kinds of businesses do you write for?
Home services: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, pool service, landscaping, pressure washing, remodeling, and similar trades. Not medical or legal content for now.
